    Better to do these courses elsewhere. Online was confusing, expectations not explained. Online submission had problems. Phone lines go to voicemail or not answered at all. Only after submitting the test a second time and passed never received the certificate, almost a year later an email came in wanting me to pay to extend the course but after so called investigation they want me to retake the test, and they would waive the fee. Very disappointed in this class and overall experience. Was a waste of my money.
