    The product,which is a ballet inspired barre exercise mechanism, has a defect. The hinges on the mechanism is not functioning properly. Therefore, I would like to request a refund of the barre and the online classes to which I subscribed. Without the barre, the online classes are not useful.

    I ordered the fluidity fitness barre about 28 days ago, along with the machine I added 1yr online classes and a tablet holder for an additional $200. 1 week later I receive the machine, no instruction on how to log into the classes or tablet holder. Through out all this time I have reached out to them via phone calls and left voice mails, e-mail, and message. No response, despite calling during their contact the fluidity team, response within 24 hours. Ive read negative reviews about this company after the fact but its important for a place this like to stop the false advertising and careless customer service, at this point this isnt buyers regret as these people stole from me and refuse to contact me to resolve this issue and I need answers.Any way you can help I would truly appreciate it.Thank you
