This is a complaint for their mobiel game dragon ball legends. I have been wrongfully banned again simply because my wi-fi *****. I know this but it doesn't make it any better when one of my favorite mobile games bans me because of it. I have been playing since it has been released and my old account was banned for this exact reason. I have spent so many hours on this game, but it is so anti-consumer to permenately ban people simply over the fact that I have bad wi-fi. I have tried to improve my wi-fi as well, but nothing works. I have contacted them and they can't even disclose the information to me. It is beyond unfair to have all that time stripped away from me because of something that is out of my control. They didn't even give me a warning just straight up banned me. This is unjustifiable and I deserve to have my account restored back to its original state.Initial Complaint

The problem is I've spent 5 years having to deal with the greedy company, they ask us to support a game that could have potentially been a truly great game however they've allowed one too many things to happen and I can no longer sit by and allow these things to go on. The game crashes like crazy, you can't even go to certain areas with the game game crashing, you literally have to start a whole new game just for anything to work properly, they've allowed cheaters and modders to run rampant and be completely oblivious to anything, in a single match people find all sorts of ways to cheat, spamming jutsu that's not for a specific class, using secret techniques to soon, we have to go out of our way to report this kind of thing and they don't listen, I've lost my account because of this issue and instead of handling it or fixing the servers they would rather be complacent in the things that go on on this games. The game is called ****** to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers, one of their best games but they are not doing their part in making it the greatest game it could be. I have been attempting to make a purchase using their online store portal for the Collector's edition of Tekken 8. Currently, the only way to obtain the collector's edition is to purchase directly from the Bandai Namco online store. Currently, I am receiving an error code when attempting to complete my purchase. I contacted support who have continuously stated that it is a payment authorization issue and to contact my bank. I contacted my bank who stated they never once received a pending transaction request. Support has informed me that my account had a soft lock on it and to try again in 72 hours. I tried this and to no surprise, the error continued. They stated to create a new account and try a different browser, to which I did and still received an error code. Support has stated they have escalated the issue, but it does not appear to be the case. I have found reports online that the same exact error code was happening to a prior release for the collector's edition of ***** Ring and Armored core VI. I would not mind purchasing it at any other retailer, but the collector's edition is exclusive to Bandai Namco's online store. I woke up this morning to a message telling me my account was banned due to a terms of service violation, Which I find increadibly odd considering I only log in to do my dailies (completing small challenges), then I log off. Only to be told I violated the terms of service. This is alarming because I don't mod the game (Using Cheat tools), I've never shared my account (Due account stealing and reselling), I don't close the game in a match to avoid losing RP (The reputation points that allows a person to rank ** in pvp), I've charged back a few times which was approved by ****** play them selves due to being within reason (This has to be approved by ****** play before it can be allowed, Only if they deem it a just charge back, which they where). And for all my back up information I am logged into all the backup data options they direct us to use. This ban is 100% unjust, and even worse they refuse to answer as to why, and they refuse to rectify it. This is especially unfair seeing my account was banned, but the 5 people who have been cheating in pvp for 3 years are still playing the game. My account ID is *************Initial Complaint

Bandai Namco are posting fake exclusive ads for Tekken 8 on their ******** page. The game is listed as "Only on PS5" yet it is also coming out for the Xbox Series consoles as well as PC. They are intentionally lying about the game being a PS5 exclusive which will mislead menu consumers. Change these ads to say they are coming out for ALL these systems and not "Only on PS5.LInitial Complaint

Dragon ************* battle is a predatory game with a Gameble like system. While most games have a ****** like system for cosmetic items this game has them for in game advantages. Im an adult an only spent $55 plus **** of in game coins to not get their advertised prize. $45 USD = 150 in game coins ON SALE. Had I used real currency it would have been $585 just to be wasted. Not even AAA pull this stunt. This is a huge problem if children were to be doing this. This leads to future fraud and a gambling addiction. I hope there is a law later down the road that prevents systems like this from being used in games. Systems like that only belong in casinos
