    Ordered what I was led to believe was a Simple screen cover with a $200 replacement guarantee. After I checked out there was a label created, never printed or sent to ***** I received an email from a company called Liquipel, in which I did not order from. ******* carries Simple covers, in which Liquipel has duplicated and also scams people out of thinking they are ordering the same, guaranteed product. Not only do they not send the product, but there is also no guarantee.

    I still have not received the items ordered, or any type of refund. There isn't a working customer service number or email to even address the situation directly with the company. I believe this person or supposed business is just a scam to get people to enter their personal information. I would like my money refunded and this to be investigated do other people don't end up in the same situation.

    Liquipel is the supplier of the Simple products to ******** Your order was placed online, so we ordinarily ship the product directly to you without participation by ******** Unfortunately, we missed your order somewhere along the way, so it did not get shipped. Please be advised that we are issuing an immediate refund for your purchase. It will go out in today's mail, and you should be receiving it soon.

    They will not honor the $100 warranty. I've been given the run around for over a month. This company is committing fraud.

    Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have been unaware of this complaint until now. We do of course honor all legitimate claims. I will review this matter with our *************************** and take appropriate action ASAP.
