I purchased a gift card to myself from Yogurtland website on 4/14/24. There was a promotion if you purchase a $25 you gift $5. I never received either gift card to my account. When I went into the store 03/24 when I made a purchase at a Yogurtland in *******************. They advised me the $5 promo card did not work nor did was there a $25 gift card on my profile. I never received an email from Yogurtland for the $25 but did receive a $5 promo card but again I was told did not work. I contacted Yogurtland several times and the issue has not been resolved and finally requested my money back and they confirmed they would but I've reached out several times to advise its still not in my account.

I purchased yogurt from 2 different Yogurtland stores on 2 consecutive dates: On April 15 and 16, 2023. On April 15, I purchased from the Yogurtland at *****************************************. The price was $0.59 per ounce. On April 16, I purchased from the Yogurtland at ***** CA-2, ***********. The price was $1.29 per ounce. Given that these 2 locations are 3.6 miles apart, this amounts not just price discrimination but price gouging. In addition, the weighing scale at the Century City location measured 1.2 ounces even when empty. I believe this location is cheating customers in addition to their extreme price gouging.

I purchased $300.00 (in 3 transacations of $100.00) on eGift cards on November 29, 2022 from Yogurtland because it gave $20.00 worth of bonus cards per $100 of eGift cards which expire on 12/31/2022. I went to several stores in ********** area but none of the stores would accept the bonus cards. Eventually, one of the manager at the store told me to reach out to Corporate HQ in which one got back to me until well after January 2023.I contacted my credit card, *********** to dispute the charge but they were not helpful as they told me I cannot dispute a bonus card so they rebilled me the credit they gave me during the review. Then I was able to engage ********** and *********************** from Yogurtland Corporate, they agreed to provide full refund of remaining eGift card amount which is $258.52 which really isn't fair because they forced me to use eGift card funds because the bonus cards didn't work but I agreed to it. They refund me $58.21 to credit card and expire all eGift funds but refused to refund the remaining $200.00 because their merchant for the eGift card told them the dispute with credit card is still in progress in which it cleared on January 9th.So I paid $300.00 in eGift cards, forced to use $41.48 in eGift funds when bonus card didn't work as it's their fault in which Sunida told me the store were not properly trained, received $58.52 in refund and that it.

I went to yogurtland with my service dog that is a trained service dog for my handicapped aunt and they kicked us out because we had a service dog with us wearing his proper designated service animal collar leash vest and his certification clearly displayed in his leash. They stated its the owner policy not to allow any animals including service animals inside
