    Yogurtland is going downhill. Their quality is getting worse with time, and the staff is terrible, too. Their arrogant staff members cannot take criticism politely. They would rather think that you are a horrible customer. I just highlighted that the ice cream wasn't creamy, and the staff member became awfully disrespectful and asked me to go somewhere else. How rude is that?
