      On June 6th I brought in a Cartier watch to be repaired due to water damage. The owner was rude from the get go and I should have just left but he said he could repair the watch and would contact me when it was finished, A week later he called to say the watch had been fixed and that it would cost $580. At this time I informed him that I was taking care of my mother who had Alzheimer's and I would be in to pick up the watch as soon as possible. He continued to call and text daily demanding payment even after I explained to him that it was not possible to get there due to the fact that I was with my mother who was dying. He then tracked down my 85 year old father's home phone number and started harassing him. He started sending me threatening texts and told me to have a nice life and that if I did not pick up and pay for the watch by July 31's he would take out a lean on the watch. When I went to pick up my watch today, July 16th, he refused to take my debt card saying he would only take cash so I could not cancel the transaction. I had to get the police involved in order to get my watch. He went so far to start yelling at the police officer and said if he did not get paid he was going to go after the police department. I was finally able to pay for the watch but his harassment during this difficult time was outrageous.
