    I order from them a gas mask, chem boots, gloves, boots. I put my order in on Feb 18, order number *********. I've ordered from them in the past and had no problem but now I can't get a hold of them. No email or phone number on their web page works. I've been trying since my order never shipped trying to get a refund but no one answers. Don't know what else to do.

    We received a request from BBB regarding your order placed on our website ApprovedGasMasks.com   We're very sorry you had difficulty reaching us!  Our phone number is ************, we're here Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm Pacific Time.  Your order (Order ID# ********** was not charged.  We recently migrated our website to a new hosting company & the functionality was impacted.  As a result we manually process orders when they are ready to ship to prevent mistakes/incorrect charges.  I can see a note that we attempted to call but the voicemailbox was full at that time. 
    We had a question regarding the boot (it specifies green color Viking overboot) we no longer stock that item & the replacement is a Black ******* PVC boot in size XL (suitable for ** Mens *****), we can match that price because the mistake was due to the website issue.  In addition, if you would like to process the order, we'd be glad to offer a $50 discount & ship for free for your inconvenience.  Please contact ** at ************ or ************ if you would like ** to process the order & ship it out today.
