    On November 12, 2022 signed contract to install solar on our home residence. Project was not completed until June 1st, 2023! 48 Solar and Roofing have failed to honor their contract. First we were not satisfied that it took so long to get the system installed and now the Enphase is not communicating with the internet to monitor our system. We paid for a special devise so that the system would communicate with the internet. 48 Solar and Roofing never communicated with us indicating that this devise was installed. WE have heard nothing! We filed a complaint and are disputing that charge on our credit card as we have not been notified of instillation. We have repeatedly contacted 48 Solar and Roofing through their main company who installed the system; Titan Solar. To no avail; no effort has been made to rectify the problem. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the ********** of ******** Affairs with the contractor's licensing board. We want the system fixed and working.
