I had ***** Appliance come to fix my dryer that wasn't drying my clothes. When he came he looked at my dryer and let me know that he had to order a part in order for my dryer to dry my clothes. He said it would take 14 business days. I waited past the 14 days and called to find out if the part came in. But I didn't get a response. It took over 30 days and I received a call from ***** letting me know he was coming. He arrived with a dryer which he switched out and he took my dryer saying the part for my dryer was still on back order. I was in the other room so I wasn't able to get up quick enough to check out the dryer he replaced before he left. When I did check the dryer he replaced was blocking my back door so I couldn't open it. I called and left a message telling him it was blocking my back door and it is a fire hazard and he responded with he measured it and it's the exact size as my old dryer. I paid ****** for service that wasn't completed to my satisfaction and it has caused a lot of anger towards this business that doesn't like to return phone calls or explain exactly what the outcome of the service call. I would like to pay only for the service call and be able to get ****** back. It was a verbal account of the transaction instead of a written one. I want this co.pany to either take this dryer or replace it with one that fits and I have access to opening my back door. I use th kitchen a lot and I'm handicapped .Initial Complaint

Called business on 5/15/2024 for repair of refrigerator/freezer. Was told it needed a new circuit board that might take up to 2 weeks to get. He requested a check for $450.00 to order the part and I gave it to him. He said "my administrator will email me with an invoice" Today is June 4th and I have not received the invoice although my check was cashed immediately. He returned on 5/31 and supposedly installed the part and it should start getting cold in 20 minutes. After 2 hours without cooling at all I called them back. They ignored my calls that day and every day after until June 3rd. Said they were out of cell range and had a broken phone. Arranged to come between 10 am and noon on 6/4. When he didnt arrive I called after 1230 pm and he arrived shortly after. His administrator said he had been there and we didn't answer the door. I said why didn't he call. Anyway he said we needed another circuit board that he had to order.Another 2 weeks but she would put a rush on it. I do have copies of all the emails between me and his "administrator " which I could send but I will need some tech help to do it.As retired and over 70 and my husband with Alzheimers I feel we are being exploitedInitial Complaint

I paid ******************* $350 on May 13, 2024, for a repair on my washing machine including the cost for a part he said he needed to order. He told me the part would be in within two weeks. It is now June 4, I haven't heard from him or his wife ******, despite leaving several voice and text messages. ****** called me backbut apparently it was a "butt dial" as she would not speak to me, and then has refused to respond. As I said, I sent emails, text messages, and voice mails and both **** and *********************** refuse to respond, let alone complete the job.Initial Complaint

This has been the worst **************** I have ever experienced. They also threaten me with "COURT ACTION" if I leave a bad review. Their web site states ***** for a service call. I was charged ***** I was ok with this but during dispute they charged ***** twice. because of my location. I live about 5miles from their place of business. Phone calls go to voice mail. I paid them ****** to repair a freezer. Did not get a receipt or invoice or work order. Paid in full, never do this. I called for service on Oct. 16 He came said it would be 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I call for a up date. voice mail again. several days later I get a call he will come on Nov. 8th. On Nov 8 I waited all day. No show. I called for expiation. voice mail again. I told them I'm tired of poor service and cancel this repair. I waited several days for a reply. got none. called again for 2 days, voice mail box full each time 3rd day I call again voice mail open left a message. I finally get a call back that he will come on Dec. 4 to do repair. I told her not send him that I canceled this on Nov 8th because of a no show. She said I did not cancel. I told her to check her voice mai. He came anyway I told him I had canceled this and expect a refund He said, "YOU WONT GET ONE" I took the part that he had and told him to leave. I then discover it is a GE replacement part, Otherwise known as a aftermarket part. not a original ******* as she argues it is. The 2 are complete different, and it also does not have a ground connection on it. the original ******* has a ground connection on it. All communicate after this has been text. She argues that it is an original *******. They offer a ****** refund. its now Jan. 3, **** Im still waiting.Like their man told me on Dec 4 "YOU WONT GET IT". Guess he was right. I can show anyone who wants to see these parts and judge for their self if this is a orig. ******* Trying to save character on this. On September 18, 2023 Blairs High Desert Appliance Repair came to my home and he looked at my washer which needed repairs. He stated the part would cost $450 special ordered and I had to pay in advance. I paid Blairs High Desert Appliance Repair a check for $450. The check cleared my bank on September 19, 2023 and I never heard from him. I called several times and spoke to his wife (3x) and never heard back from **************. Towards the end of October the wife called and said he would be coming to do repairs on October 31, 2023. The repairman was a no call no show. I called again November 1 and was told there was an emergency and that he would be there on Nov. 6, ****. He arrived on November 6, **** and he had the wrong part and could not do repairs. He stated 'I guess I'm going to eat this' and that he would have to order part again and would be back at another day. I would like my money returned as this has been going on for over two months now.
