    Had a new roof put on by dove roofing they hit or cracked or did some damage to a sewer line gas vent on the roof and we now have sewer gases coming into the house. They also put nails through all of the surrounding overhang visibly you can see all the nails and they are now ghosting us meaning, not returning phone calls or texts.

    I paid Dove Roofing *** to waterproof my rental (they used the term waterproof in a text) before a storm came in August of this year (2023). They overcharged me to cover the roof with a tarp, but more importantly they were very unprofessional in their workmanship and failed to provide the service that they promised in text. They pulled pavers from my tenant's garden along with cinder blocks in an attempt to fasten down the plastic they used, and, after they assured me that they were, "waterproofing," my home, the plastic blew off and the bricks and pavers damaged the aluminum cover over the car port. More importantly, their failure caused major flooding to one of the rooms of the dwelling. I asked for my money back minus the materials and cost of labor in an effort to be compassionate to their workers, but Dove roofing refused to acknowledge their unprofessional practices and failure to deliver what they promised, and now I would like to have all my money refunded or at least the opportunity to educate the public of the business ethics (or lack thereof) of Dove roofing.I have text messages that I can screenshot if that would help in this matter.

    -The entire existing roof was exposed to weather elements, failing completly with existing roof  leaks and ceiling damages. (Pictures available).
    - Dove Roofing provided service to minimize damages. Water infiltrated one section of the house, but the rest of the home (90%) was saved from any harm. Recommend home insurance claim. Dove Roofing is willing to provide all information to insurance company.
    - Emergency roof cover-*** do not offer guarantees. These cover-*** are not intended as permanent structural solutions but serve to prevent further damages. Despite the unprecedented storm, "Hurricane ******," which was the first-ever hurricane to hit the Coachella Valley, Dove Roofing service helped with minimal Damages. Neighboring homes and structures suffered significant damage, including blown-off solar panels, damaged vehicles, completely destroyed patios, and knee-deep water levels.      -Dove Roofing employees risked their safety in two attempts to cover the roof during high winds at night. (Pictures and videos available).
    - The cost for emergency cover-*** determines on the scope of work and the risk to employees. The owner mentioned receiving a quote from another roofing company that was double are cost, but he was unable to establish further contact with them.
    - Injuries from roof work can be life-threatening or result in permanent disability.
    - The roofing trade in ********** has the highest workers' compensation rates in the construction industry and across the country.
    - Defamation of character has occurred due to a bad review containing false information.
    - There were mentions of children being present at the job site.
    Employees working in sandals etc.

    1) $12,000 deposit was given for the paint contract that was never started, need my $12,000 deposit back ASAP 2) Concrete work caused damage to pool. Drilled nails and bolts in the plaster of the pool for concrete scaffolding, completely destroying the pool, causing me to have to replaster pool. Pool replaster was $10,600 - I want this paid for. 3) NEVER Finished Concrete contract - Job 1/2 finished. Only poured 65% of concrete work around pool and house but has received $35,000 of the $36,350 of the job, promising to come back and finish. Has been delaying return to job site over and over. Doesn't answer phone calls. Concrete coping around pool was never repaired. Broke pool plumbing pipes, repaired pipes but did not bury them back in place.

    Remedy sought:
    1) Finish concrete work immediately 2) Return the $12,000 deposit on the paint contract that was never started 3) Pay $10,600 for Pool replaster caused by Concrete damage 4) Repair Concrete coping around pool 5) Bury repaired pool pipes back at the original depth
