    Ordered a live plant that was shipped on October 24, 2023. Order number ****. ***** was supposed to arrive within 3 to 5 days. Tracking number provided for ***** Upon tracking live plant, I noticed it had been sent to *******. The business is in California and I reside in California. I contacted the company immediately to inform them the plant sent to California and I confirmed I had entered the correct shipping address. After numerous back-and-forth correspondence over email including an email where I requested a replacement plant, they finally agreed to issue a refund if the plant did not arrive by Wednesday, November 1, 2023. I contacted them at the end of the day November 1, 2023 to inform them to plant had not arrived. Instead of issuing a refund as promised, they told me the plant was supposed to be delivered November 2. The plant did not arrive on November 2 either. This is a live plant that has literally not seen the sun since October 24 or even prior to that. I think this is a fraudulent company. After digging around, I found that they also sell on Amazon and Etsy. The recent seller seller feedback from the past few months (since summer of 2023) on Amazon reflects the exact same experience/sentiments I had with this company. Plants, not arriving, plants, arriving, damaged, seller, not communicating, seller, not providing refunds, comments regarding seller scamming consumers. I have also filed a complaint with the **** I want a refund. I would ask for an apology but it would be insincere. I want this company reprimanded, so that they do not take advantage of other consumers. They are dismissive. They are non-responsive to substantive comments. They cause emotional distress. I have numerous written correspondence/exchanges with this company. Too many to upload but I can print and mail upon request

    Hello, 

    The attachment shows that the order has already been refunded as of November 6th. We believe this is sufficient settlement for this case. Order #**** was placed October 23rd and we processed and shipped it out the next day. Since the delivery address is also in California, the package should have never boarded a freight plane that was sent towards *******. This mistake was made by **** transportation services and completely out of our control. This isn't a frequent mistake however it does happen and when it does, it is corrected and the package is redirected. We explained this to the client. They were guaranteed that either the package would arrive safely or we would process their refund. Due to the delay, the live plant did not make the extended trip. After the client provided images confirming the plant was dead, we refunded the order.
