    I purchased a bottle of Tequila 100% De Agave Casino Azul Anejo Gold Rifle from Mira Loma Market ,************************************************* ***** online on August 12, 2023. It was delivered August 16th at 2:55 PM. I signed for the box and picked it up as it was handed to me. Brought it to my room and lifted it from both sides to put it on my bed. I noticed it was wet on the other side. I started to create a video showing me opening it and then took pics. I called at 3:01 pm to notify them the bottle was broken. I spoke with someone and they said they would talk to the manager. I emailed them as they asked me to. I have been back and forth With them via email. The ending result is they refuse to refund me or replace the item. Instead they want to give me 50 off on my next purchase. The package was not packaged to protect the bottle properly.
