    In June of 2021 I purchased an LED light (model PanthrX) from the company Crecer Lightning via an online purchase for $660.00 USD. After ~**** hours of usage, the product has stopped working properly as several of the LEDs have gone out. The product is within warranty (3 year warranty period) and has an estimated lifespan of 50,000100,000 hours.For the past three weeks I have been attempting to contact Crecer via phone call, voicemail, email, and through their contact form on their website. I have yet to receive any response to any of my messages. This had made it impossible to even receive customer service let alone initiate a warranty claim on my defective product.

    This webpage describes the warranty policy showing that all products manufactured by Crecer are under warranty for three years after the date of shipping.

    The attached picture shows that I received a shipping confirmation email for the product in July 2021, less than three years ago.

    Purchase PanthrXII lighting from Crecer Lighting on 03/8/21 through Pay Pal ID #*****************
    Invoice #***************** at a cost of $749.99. On 07/2022 light started smoking, product suppose to have a 3 yr. warranty. I have called on 4 occasions with no progress, I finally got thru and spoke to a representative left my name and phone# person stated he would give info to supervisor due to he did not know what to do....no response. I have emailed and tried to contact the business on numerous occasions with no response. I need assistance in repairing or replacing defective product, or warn buyers of non existence warranty on their products.

    We received a letter of complain from BBB on behalf od our customer ****** *******. He tried to reach us for the warranty and we send them parts for the replacement as due to covid we don't have those parts in stock and that is the reason we can able to ship them parts in delayed. We explained the customer the situation at that time as well. But if customer is not happy, we are happy to assist and give him brand new replacement light. We can able to ship as soon as possible as we have in stock. We need a confirmation if customer is happy for replacement and we can resolve the customer complain. We are happy to assist our customer and make them happy!!!

    Note Crecer Lighting has never contacted me.
    I will accept replacement light.
