Hello, I need to request the cancellation of my timeshare contract, and request the immediate resolution of the recent lien issues associated with my property. Im no longer able to maintain the financial obligations associated with the timeshare and despite my efforts to settle this matter with Ranch in Sequoias, there hasnt been a resolution. The first time around, I was told I had a payment due of $7,000 to have a lien removed. I was told once I paid the lien off, I would receive a Quit Claim Deed Back contract to be able to remove myself as the owner of the timeshare, but I never received the Quit Claim contract. Now, Ive recently become aware of a lien placed on my property in the amount of $21,000 by Ranch in Sequoias. This has caused undue stress and financial burden on me as I dont know where these liens are coming from, and the last time I paid a lien, I was still stuck with this membership. Id like to kindly request that they provide me with the Quit Claim confirming the cancellation of my timeshare contract, as they had previously promised. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to receiving your reply.
