      I am being charged (through alphaeon credit card) $5,000.00 for services NOT rendered. They refuse to answer my voicemails to try and resolve this issue. I was supposed to have dental treatment here but recieved a $5,000.00 bill BEFORE any treatment had been ********** first appointment was in august 2024 i recieved the bill in sept 2024! I was informed upon application of the alphaeon card that monthly payments would be very low. Instead I recieved a huge bill from comenity capital bank. This office has recieved the monies and have not done any treatment, I DO NOT plan on going back for treatment after this! They also refuse to pay back the monies to comenity capital bank. This is affecting my credit rating and I am having collection agencies calling me for payment, I REFUSE to pay on services I DID NOT recieve!

      We have attempted many times to call you and have messages, regarding your treatment, that you have discontinued. Some treatment has been completed, and there is still remaining tx unfinished. You need to sign the ******** refund policy paper, to continue for the refund for the unfinished treatment. Our offices are also opened, so you can come during business hours.

      On January 3, **** I went to ***************** dentistry for a cleaning, x-rays, and oral examination. I was only seen by the dental hygienist. ********************* was not even in the building, nor was Dr. ********************** ****. I did not receive an oral exam performed by a registered dentist. The hygienist, ********************* did not even clean my teeth! They sent a letter to my insurance in which they falsely claimed I was seen by *********************. I have never even met that person nor seen him in real life. This is completely unethical business practice. To lie to my insurance company! I want an apology from their practice and specifically from ********************* for her unprofessionally calling my personal number demanding to know why I submitted a grievance to my insurance provider. I also want an apology from the dentist(s) that own the practice. I really need to be seen by a registered dentist and now I cannot after they lied to my insurance provider, my grievance was not taken seriously! Please help me so that I can be seen by a dentist. I am not sure what my next steps are if they also lie to the BBB, small claims?

      The Hygenist did perform the cleaning, the patient is not telling the truth, We billed out for the cleaning. We will rescind the insurance claim, so the patient can be seen at another office.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      As of February 12, **** the insurance claim has not been rescinded. I was not seen by a registered dentist on January 3, **** for an oral exam for which a claim was wrongfully submitted to my insurance. Can you please let me know by when the insurance claim will be rescinded?

      We called the insurance. It has nothing to do with moving forward its between the patient and her insurance. We have rescinded it last week.
