5 starsI called jacks refrigeration at 8 am letting them know I had an issue with my unit and thermostat. By noon a technician was working on the problem and shortly thereafter resolved the issue. The technician even wore over shoes to keep from soiling the carpet. The technician explained the details of the cause of the problem.Review fromJim T

5 starsJack's Refrigeration employees go above an beyond to provide the BEST service for their customers. I appreciate the attention to detail and their knowledgeable staff when they installed my new A/C. They took the time to teach me how to use the smart thermostat and even helped me remove the swamp cooler out of the window. They also came out to fix a problem that I didn't even know was a problem. Our AC stopped blowing cold air right at the beginning of an intense (112 forecasted) heat wave. Called Jack’s, and they had the problem corrected the same day. I’ve used them many times, and would not hesitate to call them again.

David came up and went over all, he was super to me as well! He did a bunch that was needed right then instead of a return trip! Jack’s Refrigeration were kind and knowledgeable from first call through service completion.
