    I am disputing charges for a logo and website that I was promised. The ***************** has been charging my cc for services I have not received and has quit communicating with me and all the numbers have changed.

    I agreed to have them design my website for ********.com they provided me a sample via their demo site (****************************************) and they made me pay for the full amount upfront. They were suppose to complete the design and then either upload it to ********.com or give it to me to upload. After months I didn't hear back from ****** so I opened a dispute with **************** and the company stated they completed the work and only provided a screenshot of the demo site as proof. My website still has my design that I made, not their's. After I opened the dispute I heard from somebody named ******* that stated they would get it completed, but once again it wasn going on months and nothing was completed. Till this day I didn't get a complete design for the services that I paid in full for. **************** took the "demo" site as proof that the services were rendered and even though I provided them with text message and links to the uncompleted site and proof that the screenshot they provided was from the demo site, **************** rebilled me. I am currently out $443 and have not received anything other then excuses. I believe this compant to be a front for people commiting fraud and know how to do the bare minimum to keep people from clawing back the charges when the work is not completed.

    I had a phone conversation with *********************** the boss of prestige digital INC at that time he was working with Logo Visib thewebscod on june 2022..he told me they have connections with some Chinese companies and they will be able to get me ******************************************************* three months with low prices. I said okay, he asked me to provide my credit card info in which the payment will be proceed.and took $11500 on my discover card, $7994 on my chase card, $3000 on my *********** card $3000 on my slate edge card in the total amount of $25.494. Some of those cards were used without my authorization.a week after, he told me due to Covid-19 they will not be able to provide me the merchandise on time but will be delivered before November 2022. Asked him the tracking number and the bill for all purchases he made.he never responded to that just he sent me some his company invoice. After December been passed I call him to cancel all the purchases he made on my business name and the proof of the cancellation but nothing was done . I call him to pay my money back he respond I dont care you can do however you want. Thats why I put him on dispute bank claim but some bank advised me, due to periods of time they may not be able to get those funds back and the best way is to contact business bureau.
