    oct ******* I was involve in accident. I told police that I will use AAA to tow my car to home. This tow truck showed up and I told them I will be using AAA. Driver ignored and started gathering the car. Car was in safe place , not affecting traffic. While I was talking to ***, driver took off. I called the company and asked for manage. While I was explaining him that I do not need their service, he yelled at me and hanged up the phone. I called the company that I already said I do not want the service, he yelled at me and hanged up. They towed the car to home and asked for $675 cash. My parents paid . It was the worst experience. It is like nightmare. Why did they tow my car without my permission? Even they did, why they asked for $675 cash ? Please help out!

    Got in a bad car wreck, car was towed to the Crescenta Valley Tows tow yard, they stole a $30 charging cable and pair of vintage titanium ********** sunglasses worth about $750, once I looked at reviews of this place EVERY single verified review is a 1 star because every single car has been ransacked and had items stolen, this towing company is contracted out with AAA, this should not be happening especially when you are the victim of a careless driver this business needs to be investigated in. I also have a very close relation to AAA, I will be looking over their contracts if nothing is done
