    Transactions were made according to *************** during early 2021. I, ****************** personally made multiple payments to ***** a Project Manager at Logo Vibrant. According to the business (Logo Vibrant), I made a total of $3,400.00. I requested a full refund for this website because initially I asked for a basic website then later got quoted a total of $11,000.00 according to the business. This website was initially completed wrong, I still gave the business a chance to fix the entire website full of dummy text and duplicate pictures. Later, the website was re-pitched back to me the exact same way still dummy text and non functional. After spending that amount of money, the website was supposed to be completed according to the project manager by Christmas 2021 and it was not. I requested a refund during that time and was told I could not receive one. Later, I went to the bank to file a dispute. I paid for a service that I never received since the very first day and still tried trusting this company. I only received excused and their company staff continuously beg for more money each time we spoke. The business never resolved this problem, instead they hang the phone up and send text messages telling me that I'm going to need to settle. I'm not interested in settling, this website was already supposed to be making my business money by now and it has not. This is a website that allows the customer to place an order online, the company can see the order and Independent Contractors are able to accept and deliver the order after seeing what the customer wants. This website was never completed, not even a one page. I do not want the service, I want a full refund.

    The bottom paper has a date show of: October 12, 2021 and the top paper with the balance of $1,497.00 from Logo Vibrant has a date showing November 22, 2021

    Please atheproofof payment to the records, requesting a full refund from Logo Vibrant for not completing the website in a timely manner, no sales were made and this entire time nothing was funtional.
