    Took it in my 2019 jeep for service (oil)change, they also recommended the Front and rear ******************** Drove to *********************** for the weekend to get my vehicle registered. Got jeep registered on Monday and drove back home tuesday and notice noise, I thought it was the rear brakes. Noise was getting louder by Friday, so i dicided to take the jeep to get the rear brakes done. The mechanic told me the brakes where still good and that the noise was coming from the rear differntial. Took it back to jiffy lube on saturday May the 3 and they went ahead and changed the rear differntial oil, They did mention to me that they saw metal shavings when they drained the oil on may the 3. I was told to bring back the jeep on monday the 5 so that i can speak with the manager. I left the jeep over night for them to check it out and they called me back on may the 6 and told me the are not accepting my claim because they did nothing wrong. I find it a bit suspicious that they changed the oil out on saturday may 4 when they had just changed it out on april 25. why would they change it if they did nothing wrong. I belive they are just covering up.

    The customer was informed to take his vehicle so that he can have a third party shop inspected, after our investigation was complete we determined that we were not at fault based on the evidence we have.

    They Jeep is currently at Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buena Park.  I was contacted by dealer *** on Thursday may 15 that the front differential was also making noise and might also be damaged.  They are still looking into why both differentials got damage and what might have caused it, being that the jeep only has ****** miles.   I'm waiting for them to contact me with the findings and explanation of what caused the damage.  Once they email me the ***ort I will upload the documents

    On October 9th, 2024 At around 5:30PM I went to Jiffy Lube LaHabra, ** to get an oil change and coolant added to my car. The technician went to scan my drivers door to get the information on my car, but was unsuccessful. He stated he had another way to pull the information. He offered me several different options of oil. I asked if they had a promotion going on, he stated yes and told me that my car took a specific type of oil and suggested what was best. I also asked to have coolant added to my ****** 6:30PM I was told my car was ready. I go to pick up my car and noticed I didnt have a service label put on the windshield nor was coolant added. My trust in this company immediately declined. They literally came out to my car in front of the store with a metal pitcher and added coolant (no garage). On October 10th my car started smoking and I wasnt sure what was causing this. All of a sudden my car wouldnt start. Ironically my car stalled across the street from another Jiffy **** ( ********). This location seemed to be very understanding and helpful. They looked at my car and told me to take it back to the other Jiffy Lube ( LaHabra) because they messed up my car with the bad oil change ( overfilling my car with oil) which caused the valve gasket cover seal to weaken causing a leak.I have brought this to their attention and they are refusing to fix the issue. I even had another mechanic look at my car and they confirmed that Jiffy Lube ( LaHabra) is responsible. Also when my car was at the Jiffy Lube ( LaHabra) to be looked at they were just guessing and never to the time to figure out the issue. They stated it was my fuel pump, but what they didnt know is that my fuel pump was just replaced less than a year ago ( receipts of service). They even opened the oil cap in the driveway of the shop while my car was still on and my children and I were standing there. Hot oil was splashing everywhere. Everything is documented.Fix my car

    I visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change, where they recommended replacing my front brake pads and rotor. Within 10 days, I encountered ongoing issues with my brakes, requiring three additional visits to Jiffy Lube. On the third visit, my brakes failed while driving, necessitating a technician to come to me. Due to missing parts, I had to drive my unsafe vehicle back to their shop, where it remained for 14 days due to repeated ordering errors.During this time, Jiffy **** promised to reimburse up to $35 per day for a rental car, which I used. Despite multiple requests since April, they have denied refunding any expenses, including the rental fees promised. They have also refused to provide me with documentation of our communications. I have detailed records of these events and am seeking resolution of this matter promptly.
