      I purchased an ** double oven from Howards that was delivered on March 2. Prior to that date the price was reduced from $3869 to $3,399. I have emailed and texted *********** 3 times to no avail requesting a credit of $470 plus tax. I also contacted ** and was told that Howards needs to adjust the price and credit me accordingly. To add insult to injury, the product was discontinued due to mechanical issues. Additionally, the sales staff obviously knew that this product had been marked down and discontinued. The professional and honest approach would have been to call the customer and inform them of the price reduction and the problems ** was having was this product. Sales certainly caLLED me many times asking me when I want delivery. As this was a remodel, I didn't want to take possession of it until I could use it. ***** explained to me that warranty would start from time of delivery.

      My name is *********************. I Purchase the *** REFRIGERATOR MODEL: B36CL80SNS S/N: ****** ON 07/03/2021 in $3,299.99 plus 5 years warranty from ********** warranty in $3690.99 Anyway, Fridge was not working since November 15th 2022. I have reported to my warranty company in November ******************************************** one week to repair, but unable to repair then in December 10th 2022 they send another technician to repair, he inspected and order almost 5 parts, including control board, power board , LED lights and switches which arrived in January 8th 2023. Then another technician came to repair the fridge but no success and we were suffering almost 4 months without our fridge. They send us one very small 4 foot size fridge to use, which is very small and can't full fill our requirement as a large family of 6 including 2 kids. I called the store several times to follow up spoke with different reps but they gave me false information & some they just don,t care to help & just call back. I even spoke with the supervisor told me that that's not his job* he could have at least help me since he is a supervisor. Bottom line my fridge is still not repaired yet after almost every day calling to my warranty company. ***** management can't make a decision to replace another refrigerator. IO will recommend every one NOT TO BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE PLUS SPECIALLY BAD WARRANTY COMPANY NAME CENTRICITY WARRANTY COMPANY.

      I purchased a side-by-side refrigerator at Howard's in ****** November 2022. Refrigerator arrived the next day damaged (dent on the door). Contacted the Store spoke with ***************************** my sales rep * he said no problem they will Replace it with a new one. He even promised that he will refund me $100 as an inconvenience fee. Its February already* 3 months had passed but until now the new door is not installed yet & i haven't receive the $100. I called the store several times to follow up spoke with different reps but they gave me false information & some they just dont care to help & just pass the buck. I even spoke with the ****** store manager ************ told me that that's not his job* he could have at least help me since he is a MANAGER.

      Purchased a hood last year. At the time of the purchase they told me it will be delivered in 2 months. Now it is over a year and I still haven't received the hood. I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from this place. They are all bunch of liars. Once they get you money they don't care when you will receive your item.

      It has been now about 20 days since I wrote a review about a hood range that I had purchased from Howard's. I was supposed to receive the hood by the end of July after purchasing it over a year ago. Besides the fact that I have not received the hood yet, they have postponed the delivery till mid October. And the latest excuse given to me is that the parts are coming from Europe. Even though they told me that the parts are here and I should have the hood by the end of July. I don't know if GE is lying to Howard's or Howard's is lying to me. If I knew that GE was such an incompetent company I wouldn't have bought their high end product (Monogram). I wished I hadn't done business with Howard's and buying GE products.
