  ******* *. Review of Rhino ******************** I recently had a frustrating experience with Rhino Radio that I feel compelled to share. I sent my radio in for repairs due to a malfunctioning screen, and from the outset, the process was far from satisfactory. First, the response time was incredibly slow. I expected timely updates and communication, but what I received was a long wait with little to no information about the status of my repair.After some back and forth, I was informed that I needed a new motherboard, which would cost me $250. This was perplexing, especially since my screen still worked intermittently. Just when I thought I had a resolution, I was then told I needed a new screen, only to be told later that it wasnt necessary after all. The inconsistency in their diagnosis was frustrating and left me feeling like I was being upsold on unnecessary repairs.After nearly two months of waiting and constant communication, I finally received my radio back. To my dismay, it was in worse condition than when I initially sent it in. Its disheartening to feel like I was ripped off, especially considering how hard I work for my money.I genuinely dont understand the positive reviews this company receives; they seem to contradict my experience. Its clear to me that Rhino Radio is not committed to providing quality service or treating customers fairly. I would advise anyone considering their services to think twice before sending in their equipment.

  **** at customer and technical support has been outstanding. Every time I had questions they have been answered promptly.. I was having a hard time getting ** controls to work and **** spent a lot ot time helping me to get the ** controls to work. Great experience and now that everything is working I am very happy with my Lexus G6 Tesla style unit.

  I don't even want to bother telling people how bad this experience was just believe all the bad reviews are true it's been about 6 months i have no radio and can't contact anyone **** dollars gone bye bye i shouldn't be able to leave a review because this place should be shut down

  I am a professional car stereo seller and master installer I have to date installed several of the Tesla style radios in various cars over the last 3 years ,I own one myself now for over a year that i purchased from Rhino Radios and now install an average of 3 a month for my clients and the number is growing , I only recommend purchasing from 3 companies Rhino is at the top of my list due to customer service, price and quality. my first purchase of a Tesla style radio came from Phoenix automotive ,product didnt work right out of the box and service was very bad , so I returned it and ordered from Rhino Radios ,I spoke to a rep over the phone my order arrived fast and has been working perfectly ever since and so have ALL of the units I've installed for my clients , only one problem and that was solved by the company shipping a new can bus module out in 5 days he was working again, support was always responsive and helpful , we can reach out to them for the smallest question and get an answer . So we recommend Rhino Radios and professional installation.
