    I ordered new front seats for my motorhome on 5/24/2024 and was given the estimated ship date of 7/5/2024 and come that day I called and shipping was pushed back to 7/9/2024. On 7/8/2024 I received a phone call telling me that the color I chose is no longer available when they had since may 24 to tell me that. Anyway I chose bisque and was told that they would ship today 7/12/2024 and I would receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information and was told by **** that "you're in good hands". Well at about 4:45 I call because I have not received an email and was informed that now the seats will not ship until 7/17/2024. I have a campground booked for 2 weeks in **************** that I am going to have to cancel because of the incompetence. I really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Oh and I spent around $1600 on the seats and a little over $1000 that is non-refundable on the camp ground and I will have to now get a hotel and a flight to my sons wedding. Thanks shop4seats, you got my money and now you don't care.

    Waited almost a year for a seat base. When installing realized it was wrong - way wrong. Running a business cannot be this hard, these guys are just knuckleheads. I would have chosen zero stars if it were an option.

    I ordered a Queen sleeper sofa for our 5th wheel at a price of $1945.73 on March 3, 2022. It also took until August 11th to receive it! The company assured me they could deliver it to our campground, but then refused and sent it to our home, a ninety minute drive away. I had to pay for a truck to transport it to our camper. The worst part is that I was told they guarantee their camper/travel trailer products to fit through any camper doorway, Well it did not fit, it was 2 inches wider & 6 inches taller than the doorway! I had to pay a mechanic over $400 to remove, replace & reseal our big picture window in order to get it in so that it did not sit out in the rain. This is truly unacceptable service! I will never buy anything from Shop4seats again.

    Good morning, The Customer is correct, there was a lead time for her order as it is built to order. However, the rest of the review wouldn't be accurate. The customer placed their order online and it was shipped to the address she provided. They may have had a conversation with the carrier about a delivery address change, but we were not informed about it. We also do not guarantee that a product would fit through any camper doorway. We provide the measurements of our products on our website so the customer can be fully aware if its dimensions. A customer can then determine not only whether its going to fit their assigned space but also to determine if they will be able to get it into their vehicle. Our products can be disassembled in order to get them into doors. Unfortunately, the customer did not call us about this.
