    I ordered one back on April 21, 2021 because I needed a VCR/DVD player to replace one that died on me. I checked my bank records and I was charged the next day, April 22/2021, in the amount of $209.98. I waited a few weeks...nothing. I emailed them several times....Nothing. I even tried calling them many times...Nothing. I still have my confirmation email, with my order# on it, printed out for record of proof.I feel not only should I get my money back, but should get extra for being duped in to believing that they were legit and promised on their product to deliver what they sell. I could have bought a used one, but wanted to get a new one because it would work better and last longer. The statutes of limitations should not apply in this case because this "COMPANY" has been scamming the whole country into believing them. THIS HAS TO STOP ONCE AND FOR ALL!!! HOLD THE PEOPLE AND COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS THEY HAVE CAUSED SUCH FRUSTRATIONS ON OTHERS!!!

    I ordered and paid in March of 2021. Nothing received in spite of numerous emails. I can only assume this was a scam. Zero stars from me.

    Stole my mother's money. Prayed on the nostalgia of saving old VHS tapes and recording them to DVD. Such a pathetic unscrupulous company.
