On March 23, 2023 I dropped off 2 packages to Postal Annex 177 La Jolla, La Jolla **********. One package was ***** I paid $30 to send a package with tracking. The 2nd package was a prepaid label **** He owner told me to drop the prepaid box in a bin. The first pack **** tracking said the package arrived, but the business (retail return) said they never got it. The *** label indicated the package was never sent. Weeks later I went back to the postal annex and told the owner what happened. He pointed to a sign on a wall that said not responsible for packages for **** I told him about my **** package and he got angry and said how can he be responsible when people do this and he pulled out my **** package, that I paid $30 for and said look no label. I said that is my package that you made a label for, give it to me. He said no . I said look inside you will see my name. He opened that package and my name was inside. He gave me back my package. I had to resend the package and was out the $30 he charged me. The *** package contained 4 designer dresses being send to a consignment store, are still lost. Value $800. The tracking number says label created. Consignment store never received. Both packages mishandled same day, same location, rude unhelpful owner.
