      I received a message on my answering machine from ** from Toasted Corporate offices on Tuesday, 10 September, informing me that a) they were not hiring, b) that I was annoying their staff with my frequent inquiries, and c) that if I visited their restaurant again, the police would be called. While I do pick up take-out meals from Toasted Del Mar occasionally, I have never applied to work for Toasted, nor do I have any wish to be hired by Toasted, as I am 74-years old and retired. My only contact with the restaurant staff was on the previous day when I ordered dinner over the phone at 4:25 pm and picked the order up at 5:00 pm from Kam. My conversation with *** was brief and pleasant. I have assumed that "**" called my number by mistake, but given the threat of police action and being banned from the restaurant, I am very concerned. I also have a concern that if ** actually meant to call a ******* ***** at my number, then identity theft may be involved. To address these concerns, I attempted to call the number that ** called from, but no one has answered that phone and no one has responded to my phone messages. What I most want to find out is why they called me, and how did they get my number. Without a response from them, I am leery of entering their restaurant again.

      ON 12/10/2022 AT APPROX 7PM WE ORDERED DINNER WHICH WAS PIZZA AND SALAD AS WE USUALLY ORDER.MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR MANY YEARS. THIS TIME AFTER 1 SLICE OF PIZZA I NOTICED A 4 INCH BLACK CURLY HAIR ON THE PLATE. WHEN I CALLED THE WAITRESS OVER SHE SAID UNDER HER BREATH OH MY !! I WILL REMAKE ANOTHER PIZZA AND REMOVE IT OFF THE ***** THAN **** CAME OVER AND ****** AT US AND TOLD US HE DIDNT KNOW WERE THE HAIR CAME FROM AND TOLD MY WIFE GO AHEAD AND CALL HIS BOSS ****** . **** LAUGHED AND REPEATED TO US TO GO AHEAD AND ***************** BECAUSE HE WONT CARE. THIS IS SO BAD WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO YOUR PLACE EVER AGAIN AND WE WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. IT ISNT ABOUT MONEY IT IS THE **** THAT **** SHOULDNT HAVE A JOB WERE HE DEALS WITH PEOPLE. HE MADE OUR EXPERIENCE SO BAD WE ARE DONE GOING THERE AFTER 26 YEARS.. SORRY YOU LOST US AS A CUSTOMER.
