Lola Soap Purchased November 20, first attempted return November 21. I was dragged in and peer pressured by 4 sales people while I had my two young daughters with me. I told them no several times and they basically trapped me in the seating chair and stood so close to me I couldnt get out. They drug my daughters into the transaction by asking their opinions and giving them free gifts. He opened the product and touched it and is using the excuse of Covid 19 no refunds if product is opened. I did not even touch the product, the salesman *** did. High pressure sales tactics on a single mom. They took me for so much money. There is not ONE return/refund policy found in the kiosk. The only place is says no returns is the receipt, at which point its too late because you've already paid! All 4 of them who entrapped me never once mentioned it was final sale. The manager said she doesn't care about ******** Retail Law because she is using Covid-19 laws. They pressured me and entrapped me and what's even worse is he is the one who touched the product, not me! They made me feel bad saying someone was driving ****************************************** Please I do not want the product I want my money back. I still have not touched the products they are exactly as they came the first day. The name under the bill on my credit card is ********. They tricked me into buying something they knew I wouldn't want, that is why they will not let me return something I desperately do not want. I am unsatisfied and unhappy with my purchase and would like a return. High pressure sales tactics and entrapment on single mothers. They prey on us. I don't have any money, my childrens father passed away and it's only me and my kids. They saw me and took full advantage of me, taking my children's money. I told them several times I don't want it and they wouldn't take no. They trapped me.

Not only did they bait an switch the product. (Try one on me an they put a completely different product in my bag) When I got back to my hotel I realized the products were not safety sealed. I had an allergic reaction. And while there the man was so close to me I feel sexually harassed. I feel like he physically blocked me into the chair I was in. I told them multiple times I could not afford it Im a single mom an felt like I was trapped. I have perfect skin an they told me so many lies I cant count. Huge scam an they know exactly what they are doing. Definitely finding all routes to get my money back.
