    The team at Veterans Compensation was patient, kind and most of all effective. They helped me to achieve a twenty (20) percent increase in disability rating. I went from fifty (50) percent to seventy (70) percent in less than sixty (60) days time. Thank you ******** and team!

    Lack of communication was the final straw with me cutting ties with this veteran compensation service. Lied to me when I went from 30% to 60% because they said they made it happen when it was someone else. Took my money and said they would credit me. They did get me from 60% to 70% then to my final 90% so I give them credit for that percentage, but when the money was low for them, they stopped working for me. When I asked what the next step was to see if I could get to 100%, they hesitated to work with me. Waited more than eight months with no real contact with them. They just never returned my calls or e-mails; just said they would leave messages to my benefit officer. When I cut ties with them, they never called me or e-mailed me to ask why. Just seemed they didn't care that they lost a client, even though they tried to ask me for more clientele.

We explored other options but you were impatient with our process as we had to review many pages of medical records.     As a consumer, I have every right to give facts about a business that isn't giving its customers good customer service. This is a typical response from a business who receives a low rating. I'm not on a campaign to try and smear your company name but to inform other customers (Veterans) of your lack of communication. This isn't the first time you've received a low rating due to lack of communication. So, for 9 months you couldn't inform me that you didn't have enough information to warrant further increases. Instead, you ignored all my phone calls and e-mails for updates and your staff could see that by the message trail they annotated. You had staff that were informing me that you were overwhelmed and couldn't handle the amount of claims you had so how can you say I was inpatient. I was patient with you since I waited over 9 months for you to catch up and have time to go over my medical records to give me some information. But you didn't keep in touch with me to let me know what was going on with my claims. The only time you responded was to ask for money, to apologize and ask for feedback so I gave it to you. Factual!
