  Absolute waste of money! She promises to help with getting your loved one approved yet all is does is fill out some forms which DAV will do for free. You have provide every piece of information, sometimes the same thing twice, and literally be following up the entire time on the status. When I sent her multiple pages which contained the information she requested, her response was 'I do not want to be tasked with reading important information, as I do not want to misinterpret it'. Isn't that what we paid almost $800 for? Save yourself the money, call DAV who will provide all the forms to you and or book an apt and they will assist you with completing them correctly for FREE!

  As I do with all of my clients. I make it VERY clear what the expectations are. And what the responsibilities are of the family. I also always give them other options then working with me. I repeatedly told this client that she was the representative not me. I am just the one that fills out the paperwork,and review the requested information.They have to approve the documents before anything is submitted on their behalf. This client was often confused about my role. Requiring me to clarify many times.last contact was 06/2023. And she is now posting something. 8 months later??? Please remove this negative post. I did my job. I have the signed agreement that the client agreed to before any work started.

  Not helpful at all. Would not provide the form numbers of forms required to file for VA benefits, in case of an elderly family member with dementia. Told me to ******* it," after she had charged an approximately $700.00 fee for services. Has other poor ratings on line. Stay away.

  This is a completely false statement. I tried numerous times to contact this individual to have them provide the required documents that only he could provide on behalf of his parents in order to do my job and complete the claim. I even set up times on Saturdays to go over it with him again, as he was out of the country many times. He was unable to provide the proof of income that is required to request consideration for a very specific claim with the VA. This person was told up front what the requirements were in order for me to perform my duties. It was the fault of ************ that I could not perform my duties in the agreed and signed contacted time of 6 months to complete. I do not process the sources of income for individuals nor would you want me to be able to access that information. It is the family members responsibility as discussed in great depth. I ask that BB remove this FALSE complaint.

  Here is a screen shot of Ms. ********************** telling me to ******* it." I am happy to provide the "checklist" she furnishes to people, after charging them $700, essentially leaving them on their own to find the poorly-described forms on the checklist. Once I contacted a FREE ****************************** they SENT ME the required forms. I wasted $700 and many months dealing with Ms. **********************. Veterans should not be neglected and mistreated by businesses that charge them $700.
