    For some odd reason this business keeps trying to take $24.95 off my debit card and I have never done business with them or ever heard of them. I would appreciate it if they would stop trying to take money from me . I also believe these are scammers as well. So be very careful with this fake business, if you check online you cant even find anything.

    This business has been charging my account $24.95 for the past two months and for $10.90 in Dec 2023. I have made numerous efforts to call them; however, have yet to receive a return phone call. It always says "No support staff to take my call, leave a message" which I have done, and I've never heard back. I also have tried their website and submitted a ticket to cancel any future recurring payments. Otherwise I will report to card vendor, dispute charges and start an investigation.

    I'm being charged for something I never authorized I was charged $24.95 twice and $7.90 once I would like a refund please I don't want to have to take this to court

    This business has been charging my account $24.95 every month for quite sometime. I have made efforts several times to call them. It always says "No support staff to take my call, leave a message" which I have done, and I've never heard back. I also have tried their website, but I cannot get it to even open. I have racked my brain over time trying to remember making a purchase or requesting membership, etc. I cannot recall. One phone call could solve this, but I have months of frustration. I hate to cancel my debit card because I have to contact my utilities, etc to give them all new payment info. It feels like a scam.

    This particular company for some odd reason keeps on trying to charge my card 24 to $29 every single time I turn around and it's going on a month now and I have called there's no one ever picking up the phone it says that the customer people can't be ever ever be found or there's no one available they keep trying to charge my card and I did emails I've submitted tickets they're just charging my card and I don't understand how they even got my information cuz I have never bought anything off of their website so I need someone to understand and to help to take a report on this because this is not funny they're trying to steal my money out of my account and they need to be reported and they need to be shut down or something but I don't understand why I can't get in contact with no one off the site it's fraud I believe without a shadow of a doubt so I don't want no one to look past it I want people to understand and to be aware of this because this is not cool and they keep on trying to charge my card and my card declines it and then I'm afraid to put money into my account on this particular account because they keep trying to charge it and me changing my card I don't think that's going to do anything too much to it because I seem to keep getting my card information which I've never been on their website a day of my life just to see who it is that's charging my card and that's all so please help me do something help us help me
