    We had an epoxy garage floor installed 7-8-22. They used the wrong moisture barrier and the floor lifted the first winter. The owner, ******* ******, came out to look at it, asked if I would be willing to wait one more winter to ensure there was no further damage, and then he would redo it. Began calling them in ****** and they scheduled for 8-10-24 then did not show up. No one will take my calls - and I've made a LOT of them. The floor "lifetime" warranty is supposedly backed by the national franchise, however, they will not return my calls either. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. 

    The business contacted (San Diego franchise of Garage Experts) wasn't the business directly responsible, but the owner talked to me extensively and is making efforts with the national franchise to get the floor repaired.  He was exceptionally understanding and helpful.
