      Redeem vacation resort package and paid for cancellation/change for a puchased vacation. Spoke to agent to complete the change of date which she confirmed but change was never completed correctly in the system. Vacation was a Total lost.

      I am trying to redeem a cruise, for the free cruise voucher I recieved by touring a timeshare.All the advertised cruises Im looking at are stated to be less than 100-$150 inclusive of taxes and fees, however when it comes time to book, mysterious charges appear. These are not free, as advertised. I have included one example of the numerous issues Ive encountered as screenshots.

      We purchased the certificate that originally included a large variety of resorts, including Secrets. When we went to redeem it, none of the resorts were available, even a year into the future.This company is a scam!

      I was given this free cruise voucher by ************** ********** after touring their property. On Sept,2023 I reserved a cruise through privileges redemption center for a cruise dated Feb *****. #********. I paid $244.00 to upgrade to an ocean view room. I have called numerous times to check if the balance due has been sent to MSC and I keep being told they will have processed today. I do not understand why that was not done the day that I booked the cruise. I do not want to be told this balance is still owed on the day of embarkment. The balance is due to be paid by 11/20/2023, which is quickly approaching. Please do not ruin my trip. I have paid my portion, so please pay yours. The representative told me that it should have been done already.

      Hello,

      We have located the customer in question in our system.

      The customer redeemed an offer in July 2019. More than 4 years ago. When the customer redeemed her offer in 2019 she was informed and agreed to the terms of the offer. Once the offer is redeemed the customer has ***** months to actually use the offer.

      Since the customer did not use the offer they redeemed within the ***** mth period, their offer is now expired and void.

      Nevertheless we can mail the customer a refund check asap. Please have the customer reply to this ******************** thread verifying their mailing address and we will send it out right away.

      On 6/11/23 I received a certificate thru Travel Resorts *******. When activating the offer I got an alert saying the authentication code has already been used.

She should contact travel resorts ******* regarding her concern since they are the company that gave her the certificate according to her complaint.

      I received a free cruise certificate from Redemtion Center but my cruise was canceled due to covid. The certificate expired before the covid cruise restrictions were lifted. I called and was told that my certificate would be reinstated in 15 days. That was 8 months ago and still no certificate! I call on a regular basis and constantly get the run around. There's no manager or supervisor that you can escalate the call to for any kind of a resolution after waiting on hold and transferred around for hours! I just want what I earned and they don't seem to be a company of their word. It's truly disgusting how they've treated me throughout this whole ordeal.
