    The *** management company handling Fairway Villas in ********* is terribly unresponsive, and just terrible.Despite multiple attempts to contact them for better rates, it took numerous calls and emails just to get a response. They demanded $5600 for a California fire state plan, which was initially denied, causing confusion about payment. When asked for clarification, they were vague, and suddenly the account was sent to collections without warning. Despite prompt payment, the lack of communication and arbitrary actions are unacceptable

    Our Association has had several management companies over the 30yrs I have lived here. CB is unequivocally the worse.********************* handles- I say tongue in cheek, ****************. He needs an "assistant " yet ignores HO ************** calls if he doesn'tlike you because you question him.. Unlike ALL previous managers he does not list time and meet up location for his walk thru, therefore maintenance is ignored and our property keeps deteriorating. ***** lies to HO- and yes, I have proof. He needed a "broker" to find us a "great deal" in trash pick up! The fired and new company have repeatedly said " you need 4yard bins. We come 5x's week when you need pick up 2x's/week. I have requested since ********************* address this and stop wasting HO money!! At HOA meetings he has disconnected me and others HO- or muted us but denies this. We had a townhall meeting a few days ago, he disconnected me twice, twice I called back and second time he kept me on "music" hold for 13min- I have a witness. With previous managers, IF manager was notified of water shut off, residents were notified, we are dealing with a huge sink hole, water has often been shut off and never once has ***** notified this would happen. There is a maintenance person here 5 days/week and HO don't know what he does. The previous guy often slept in his truck or our shed, multiple times I reported he slept and played video pocker- after a year he was replaced. Five HOA in our neighborhood hold HOA meetings at the FREE LJVS community room, our request for in person meetings is denied. CONTROL!HO should not have to make repeated requests from manager. No transparency and no accountability. What a nightmare CB has been for our community.

    I don't know if it's my company or the culture there, as I have been receiving the same experiences of disrespect, non-communication and threats when it comes to the handling of questions and concerns from members of the community.**************************** - has gone out of away to NOT help me resolve my current issues with my association. He has gone as far as to disrespect, threaten and not allow me to communicate with the board or anyone at the office. It's unfortunate that I have been unable to communicate with **************************** over general questions we have and now we will have to follow up with a letter to the *** and Operations Manager to help my concern with this.

    **** is the owner and there is a reason his MFT license was revoked. Same thing is happening with his community management company license being reported for numerous frauds for our larger complex of nearly 400 units. The company has not been responsive and creating lots of legal troubles to the Association as a fiduciary custodian.

    They have the lowest rating possible, 1 out of 5. Unbelievable because they should be shut down. They won't fix a common plumbing line and our units continue to flood with SEWAGE. Their plumbers and several other plumbers that I've hired all say the same thing that there is a break/belly in the line 30 feet out. At least 7 or 8 times now my unit has flooded with f**** Other units use the bathroom and it just floods right into my unit since the main line is blocked. ************************* AND ******************* refuse to fix the issue or reimburse me for my expenses. They are horrible people. I can't even pay to have the line fixed myself because the plumbers say that it needs to be repaired by the **** It is insane, I don't know what to do. I want to ****** the corporate shield and take ******************* AND ************************* to court personally due to negligence, lying and cheating. They shouldn't be able to hide behind the horrible company. Speaking of just check YELP, ******* and BBB reviews......and any other site. Not 1 site has anything good to say. Way too many people are experiencing the same ridiculousness as me.....MIND BLOWN! Their own site you can't even post reviews, I wonder why. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

    Horrible!!40% increase in the last year and nothing to show for it. They keep asking for more money?!?! What are you doing w the half a million per year we are currently paying? Only amenities in our community is a pool, jacuzzi and a security gate tht is often broken
