    HOA Business Solutions is an extremely responsive and helpful management company. A roof leak occurred and damaged the ceiling in my son's condo, which occurred right before he was to be deployed for 7 months. I had to contact **************** to find out when they would be out to fix the ceiling damage, she had the restoration company contact me directly so that I could schedule a time to fly out for the repair of the ceiling. When the repair began, it was discovered that the roof still leaked; however, the staff at HOA Business Solutions sent out a roof repair person that first day, who fixed the roof. The restoration company came in the next day and all repairs were finished before I was scheduled to fly back home. If my son's condo building, ******** *************************** was still using the former HOA company, none of this would have happened because during his previous deployment, the former HOA company never returned phone calls or emails.HOA Business Solutions is definitely a management company that is responsive and helpful!
