I lived at their property on 21st street. I moved in on May 2021. I moved out September 2022. I let them know I was moving out and paid for the entire month even though I would be gone most of the month. I had no issue. My issue is that I have sent multiple emails and called this management about my deposit, not once did I get a response. It was not until I told them they had up to 21 days return my deposit without taking deductions last week is when on 03/01/2023 I received an itemized list of "repairs" stating that i moved out in November 2022. 2 months AFTER i moved out. This list of repairs shows over $1k in paint, and more crazy charges such as over $300 for blinds, $200 on locks when the door was a passcode, not once did i have a key nor would i have been able to go in and out if my lock was broken and there would have been a complaint. My apartment was about 350 Sq feet. It was literally the foyer to a huge house. They are now requesting over 4k in "repairs". I stayed up until 2 am patching holes and repainting. I also have the screenshot of my old apartment being listed ready to be rented and in the ad it says "the walls may not be repainted". This is the same property management that when I was ready to move in, I called asking for the pass code and they had "forgotten" to tell me that I could not move in for another week. This is the most unprofessional management team I have ever had to deal with. I called them today at 2:11 pm and sent an email with no response. I do believe this is an abuse of power and in violation of my tenants rights. It has been 6 months since I've left my apartment. I also have my new lease to confirm that I was moving in September 2022

I did not fully execute a lease. I requested it be null & void by email, as no one was answering my calls. They sent me a digitally signed email 09/13/22 stating I owed $0.00 09/01/22-09/30/22. They then sent me an email 09/27/22 stating I owed $1169.27 09/10/22-09/30/22 & that previous email for $0.00 should be ignored. I have since emailed them 4 times requesting my refund & check ***** $1979.27 not received. I only recd check ***** $1530.00. I am requesting FULL refund of $4,678.27.
