    I had my taxes done by this service on 2/12/2022 and paid for this service. After submitting my taxes, I received a letter from the *** saying I was not going to get the total amount refunded. It is the tax service's responsibility to then contact the *** to get more information about this. At first, the service seemed willing to help and even asked me to sign a ***** of ******** which I provided to them in May 2022. Despite several follow *** by myself to the service, I am getting no response. On 5/02/22, ******* at Trusted *********** replied and said she had a surgery and would follow up shortly. No response. Then on 7/20/22 ******* at Trusted *********** said she was now moving her home and would respond the next week. I followed up again on 8/13/22 and again on 9/29/22 and have heard nothing since then. Why would she request a POA and the letter I received from the ***, which I sent to her promptly (by May 2022) and then not respond at all? I think she should either respond or refund the money I paid for her services since she did not follow through. Plus its highly unprofessional to provide excuses for not responding and then not responding to attempts to contact her after that.

    As an owner, I had many personal issues arise and I am the only one that could remedy the situation, thus the reason for the request for ***** of *************** My staff tried to assist but the level of service required for the call demanded my credentials and I was not able to be present in the office at the time.  I am back full-time in the office and will issue a refund to the client.
