    I paid for this z flip 6 phone case with the leash and I've contacted them multiple times asking why does it say unfulfilled yet I bought it almost 2 weeks ago.I want my merchandise and I want to be called by them.

    I purchased a cellphone case from VRS Design. The case in my opinion did not fit properly and did not perform as advertised. The item was ordered April 7, 2024 and delivered a couple of days after. I contacted the company for a RMA # and returned the item via *** on April 22, 2024 #1Z614TGC0300011814. The package was confirmed delivered and I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted VRS Design 3 times inquiring about my refund with no response. The package was returned according to their refund policy and I would like to be refunding ASAP.

    I am writing to seek remedy for a warranty request Ive submitted to your company on 20 OCTOBER2023 that has received no response. I have attempted to contact your company daily since this date via E-Mail to seek replacement for a defective product under your warranty (see Appendix A: Warranty) purchased VRS Design via the Amazon Marketplace on 20AUGUST2023 (see ******************** Receipt) and all attempts to contact your company have failed. I have received only a single response (see ***************** Correspondence) from your company which contained erroneous information pertaining to my products warranty coverage and all attempts at further contact with your organization have received no response. This is unacceptable and in violation of your own warranty terms in addition to the **** Consumer Sales Practices Act (OCSPA) and the ************************* Warranty Act.My request is simple: Please process a warranty claim for my product that has failed to operate and deliver the replacement to me no later than 7pm ET 10NOVEMBER2023. The product no longer functions by failing to stay closed as the wallet tabs have failed.Should you wish to discuss this matter with me, you may contact me at ************, via email at **************************** via Fax at ************ or via Certified US Postal Mail with Return Receipt. Failure to address this matter in full by 7pm ET 10NOVEMBER2023 will result in further action up to and including litigation to protect my rights.
