      Makita ********** FSC received the *** drill model GPH01Z from *************************** for repair with the complaint Does not work under pressure on high speed for drilling or ************************ slips and drill stops working.The unit was tested drilling multiple holes in various drill settings. Repair technician was unable to replicate the complaint. As the unit worked as designed, tool was returned to customer without charge.If the problem continues, it is recommended user review the Instruction Manual for correct action mode used (drilling, hammer drilling, screwdriving), and ensure the fastening torques is adjusted for the correct application. This information can be found on pages 7 and 8 of the instruction manual.If after ensuring action mode and fastening torque has been properly set and the problem still occurs, please return the unit for repair or replacement under warranty.

      Completely disappointed!Received a drill with ***** slipping issues, sent it out for repair just to receive it back two months later with the same issue! I reluctantly had to buy another drill as I have a business to run while waiting for the repaired drill to be fixed.
