    They refuse to speak to customers whom they take money from but aren't attorneys. Simple questions like why when something is filed they **** it late? Very bad since court hearings have specific times papers need to be file and 45 minutes later is unacceptable.

    I am a self represented Plaintiff who has been using Green Filing's e-file services in order to electronically file documents with the court. The way it is supposed to work with court e-filing is that when the court issues an order or a notice in response to a filed document, the electronic filing provider is supposed to give a copy of the document to the person who filed it by sending it to them via email or on their e-file system. But that has not been happening and there is no "customer service" available using their chat system or calling because they refuse to help self represented plaintiffs, they only help attorneys. I have spoken to the court clerk and they have repeatedly told me that it is the e-file provider that is responsible for giving me a copy of the court orders and notices. I have sent several emails to this company about the problem and to date, have received no response. So instead of providing copies to the filers, as they state they do on their own website, they fail to do so. So the only way to obtain copies of orders and notices for self represented plaintiffs, is to purchase copies of the documents on the court website. They need to remove themselves as an e-file provider with California.
