    Terrible experience. Shady business. Horrible people.***** made me a direct offer on OfferUp. I took the afternoon off to meet their rep. *** rep showed up 45 min late and then offered me two thousand less than what we agreed on.When I called them out for the bait and switch tactic and for wasting my time, ***** called me a trash bag from the Inland Empire and told me I was wasting his time. He accused me of not disclosing a small dent (you can see in the attached photo that I did).He also said he was a dealership, which is not true. ***y are a wholesale company who sells your car back to the dealership. So the bait and switch tactic is on brand, since thats likely home they spin a profit.***se people run a shady business. ***y send third party reps, who know nothing about car value, to come evaluate your vehicle and make offers on their behalf.Save yourself the time and frustration and deal with a legitimate buyer.

    We are a car buying company with a state approve dealership license. Also all our employees you interacted with our legally on pay roll with all benefits.  Kindly stop accusing a business for false claims this will have some legal consequences for you.  Also as far inspection of your vehicle no offer is a guaranteed offer sight Unseen . So kindly repect the fact that we drove out two hours away to you based on what you mentioned about your truck . Also if we were late to ******** ********** because there was horrible traffic.  Our offer of $32000 is still the best offer you have or else please show us a guaranteed written approval. Also you reached to the owner of the company on his LinkedIn account which is very personal . Just because we are a small business that doesn't mean you ll disrespect every single person of our company.

    **** we recently acquired pictures from yelp where you mentioned small dents on offer up . We also have proof of what we found when we saw your truck. We have pictures that any appraiser will agree that its a $2000 work.  Please stop harassing a business . We will definitely take some legal actions
