      Dear ***/*****, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a safety and hygiene issue I recently encountered with the CJ FOODS(*****************************************************************, Phone: ************) KOREAN-STYLE COLD NOODLE product purchased from ************ Northpark (***************************** Tel: ************). I believe that this matter presents a significant risk to public health and necessitates immediate attention and appropriate action.On May 19th, I purchased the CJ FOODS KOREAN-STYLE COLD NOODLE from ************. To my dismay, upon opening the packaging, I discovered the presence of insects inside. This incident has deeply disturbed and distressed my daughter, causing her both emotional and physical distress due to this shocking discovery.The fact that a product intended for consumption could contain such a clear violation of safety and hygiene standards is deeply troubling. The presence of insects not only poses a direct health risk but also raises concerns about the overall quality control and manufacturing practices employed by the responsible company.Despite my attempts to contact both the manufacturer and retailer directly to address this issue, their responses have been insufficient, demonstrating a lack of responsibility and disregard for the gravity of the situation. I firmly believe that immediate action must be taken to rectify this situation and ensure that appropriate measures are implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future.I trust in the BBB's commitment to upholding consumer safety and protecting customer rights. For your reference, I have retained the product and have supporting photographs available. I kindly request that you keep me informed of any actions taken in response to this complaint and provide updates on its progress.
