In September 2023 I ordered a cable set from burly brand, I had a few issues with fitment of it and quality of product. I wrote them to let them know possible some of the item descriptions may be misleading for actually fitting on the bike and the casting for the clutch cable snapped on me. I understand product have manufacture defects from time to time. I have wrote them back twice since I they sent me a response back saying they would replace the clutch cable and they have not responded back to me at all. I just wanted to let them know I used a Burly Brand Black 12" Ape Hanger Cable/Brake Kit B30-1006 last week, when installing the cables on a **** ************************* XL1200C with 10 mini apes the only cables that fit correctly were the throttle cables. The clutch cable broke at the threads with a little snug of tighting under the 60 in-lbs. of torque that is on the cable. I would like to at least get the replacement cable they said they would replace.

June 8 23 I ordered Burly Slammer shocks thru Jpcycles.com Order number ******** $395.55 total after tax June 12 23 Recieved order June 13 23 Installed on motorcycle, test rode around block and parked.Noticed the leak on June 22 23 June 23 23 Contacted Jpcycles.com and they referred me to contact Burly directly because its a "defective part" according to Jpcycles.com June 23 23 Contacted Burly via email.June 27 23 Burly responded asking for Proof of purchase, name, address and phone number. Contacted by ***************************** via email.June 27 23 I responded via email and provided all requested information.June 28 23 ****** from Burly responded told me to wait for further instructions in an email to follow the next day.July 6 23 Contacted ****** at Burly via email to tell him im "still waiting"July 13 23 Today, still no response from Burly. At this point i want the defective parts replaced as both companies, burly and Jpcycles.com have a "no return" policy on used parts.Even though they have less than 10 miles on them. After this run arond i am not comfortable sending my shocks back to them for investigation and determination of how they will handle the situation. There has not been sufficient contact in order to correct this problem.Im afraid of missing the entire riding season at this point as i am not comfortable riding on shocks that are leaking oil on the rear brake caliper, rotor, wheel and tire. This is a safety concern for me as well. Please help me rectify this issue. Thank you
