    Hi, my name is ******* March 24th I was in an accident. Not long after the accident I contacted AAA, and from there AAA hired United Towing and Transport.When the driver arrived to the scene and gave me a price. On sight the driver informed me at how does it works with AAA that the first 7 miles is under AAA coverage, over that is $12 a mile and that is the last price.He suggested me to tow my car to thir yard and I can pick up the car the following day.The driver pressure me to give him an answer if not he will leave. The following day I call them to let them know that in sending a driver to pick up the car and I asked if there is any payments and their office told me no!When the driver arrived they told him at the yard that the balance has changed to over a $1000 in less then ****************************** for Towing even tho it was under AAA coverage, and they also charged me on special tools and they didn't explain me what special tools was needed.The Towing company canceled the call from AAA so they can charge me for more mileage.They are real scammers and they pray on the week on their lowest time!!

    THIS TOW TRUCK COMPANY REFUSED TO OFFER ME SERVICE IN A MOMENT OF NEED. I WAS COMPLETELY ABANDONED AND TREATED POORLY!
