    Beware of doing business with CAMfive. I don't like to leave negative reviews because I know how it can affect hard working people. In this case I wouldn't feel right not sharing what I discovered so hopefully others are able to make better informed decisions before doing business with CAMfive. In the laser industry this company is considered to be a "box flipper". That means they purchase laser machines wholesale from ***** then without ever opening the box they "flip" it to their customers. That means that what is on the website will not always match what you actually receive. They also don't understand the electrical requirements to operate the machine. Before purchasing the machine I was told one thing and when they started to install the machine we found out we didn't have close to the power requirements necessary. The operating system is different that what was advertised and the manual, instructional videos and maintenance guide are all unavailable. I chose CAMfive because their price was ****** for a laser cutting machine instead of ******* from a competitor. Now I know why!
