    ***************** did not refund a cancelled order. After repeated calls, I get the same response, that the redund was issued. The order was placed and cancelled on May 20. It is now may 30th, the refund has not been issued. I have texted, emailed and called 2x. The answer is always the same, but no refund is issued.

    i purchased a set or 4 rims one dec/31/2024 i received them jan/12/2025 whent to install them on the car feb/2025 notice when un packing one came bent contacted them they offered to fix refunded me $100 the original total was $678.37 but the wheel couldnt be fixed because if heat was put to the chrome finish it whill damage the finish was told to sent them back they provided return lables i wanted to exchange the one wheel for a good wheel they said they were out of stock and couldnt replace to send them back for a full refund mind you they offered i have the proof in emails. evreything was ok till i let them know i sent it out they said ok thank you i even had to pay $40 out of my pocket to ship because the packaging they sent wouldnt hold another trip. i seen that tracking number said delivered i reached out via email and they said they couldnt refund me the money becuse its been to long i responded we have been emailing back and forth you sentme the return labels you offered the refund and now that they have my money and my item they saying they cant refund me thats fraud they scammed me and i reached out again and asked them if they gonna scam me like that they said sorry but still havent refunded me answered me nothing they also have a new address on social media that says new location under this address its ******************************************************************************************************************************************** please help i have proof in emails and return labels receipts

    They offer a 60 day return policy in which my headlights i ordered from them went bad just before the 60 days in which they made it very difficult to answer on **** and ignored me pushing it past the 60 days.. that forced me to call their HQ which than they did not have a return person to talk to me for a week which pushed me well past the return period ****** disputed and sided with them because of their policie which they drug their feet to put me in a bad position to work in my favor

    Ordered a part from IKON and it never arrived. Their website specifically says "Your order is on its way and should arrive today. If its not delivered in the next 2 days, contact us." once the item is shipped and has an expected delivery date. tracking says i never received the item and yet **** is refusing to help me in the form of reimbursement or shipping another item after talking with them the past 3 days. Honestly though in hindsight looking at yelp and their reviews i should have read them first before doing business with them.

    05/10/23 purchased car. 5 days after I noticed a $399 charge on my account. I called the ***************** to request refund and I was denied by both. I would of NEVER put a tracking device on my car. The dealership signed it electronically with my signature. I would of NEVER okayed it. Much less paid $399.00 for it. I have now sold car and still cant get refund. So now I get to keep track of a car that I dont own for the next three years. When I called ****, the person who answered the phone was very short with me, and totally refused to hear my story and refused me any type of refund. The dealership who put the device on the car, did so by convincing me it was something else. There is an app for the car by Audi that has a built-in tracker on it so I know %100 that I would never pay $399 to put another tracker on it. I wouldve never known about it if I wouldnt of looked at my account and saw the receipt.Both companies Ikon and *********** are extremely deceitful companies. I wouldve never purchased anything that was non-refundable when I bought that car. Ikon doesnt care that their product is being applied under different description.

    I placed an order with merchant on Aug 29,2022. Shipment details have been constantly changed. Delivery company and Merchant promises delivery, makes an appointment and doesn't deliver. Customer service number and tracking number provided does not help.

    Hi,

    This customers order was shipped out via an**** trucking company *****************************.
    The normal transit time typically takes about 7-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    Please note that the carrier will give the customer a call to schedule a delivery prior to delivery, the carrier will be unable to drop the shipment off in front of the customers house without a signature.

    Since bumper orders are shipping out using a freight trucking carrier instead of a conventional carrier ***************** it does take some extra time for the delivery, which we have explained to the customer multiple times.
    Due to the customers impatience, we received an email from the carrier stating the consignee has canceled the order due to not needing it anymore, so we went ahead and had the shipment recalled back to us for a full refund.
    So we went ahead and recalled the shipment. Return Tracking ********* and have already issued a full refund back into the customers account back on 9/23/2022.
    So this issue is resolved with the customer.
    Resolution is that the customer was issued a full refund.
