On or around April 14th, 2023 , I contacted the above requesting an Certified Arborist to assess the health of 3 Citrus trees, to submit proposals to remedy the situation.

Site inspection cost of $185,00 was agreed to, for one or multiple trees, followed with reports on recommendations on each tree. ***** ********** attended on or about April 16th.

***** inspected all three Citrus, and I explained, in the presence of my wife, that I needed three reports:
    - one for our own tree, a Meyer Lemon;
    - one for a Key Lime, located in the common area;
    - one for a Pink Grapefruit located in the common area.

I explained I needed to submit the 2 x Citrus tree in the common area to the Park Council for review and follow-up.

On April 16th, I asked when would I see the reports? She responded: the following:
    Hello,
This type of report is not available in 24 hours. This will be available by Monday.!

April 20th, Tuesday, she sent two reports: one only for a Citrus in the common area and our own Meyer Lemmon as follows:

    Hello:
    - 1 Citrus tree (in park common area) to be treated for disease and infestations. Also, to have complete nutritional deep-root feeding to promote healthy growth.
    Cost to be: $ 1,875.00
This is a one trip systemic treatment. We achieve excellent results. To move forward send a confirmation email back or give the office a call.
(I considered it was for the Key Lime tree).

    On our Meyer Lemmon:
    - Identical report with a Cost of $ 1,575.00

I thought the costs were excessive and the Park Board would require more detailed information for the Key Lime. I asked for details on what were the 'disease and infestation' and explain the 'systemic treatment' they provided.

I was told that they don't provide reports on common area trees, and they will not supply regardless, but had already send the costs and recommendation, with no details.

Request a refund of $124. 2/3 of initial cost; they refused very untrustworthy unprofessional.

    To whom it may concern,

Thank you for bring this to our attention.

We did send an Arborist/ Horticulturist out to this gentleman's home.
We walked, talked and discussed the trees on his property.
The problem that arose was as he describes,   ( the common property )
This is not his property, but that of the Home Owners Association .
We cannot give him a written report on trees that are not on his property.

The service call and proposal was completed for his home + property.

    Thank You,

    Customer Answer

    Date: 06/13/2023

I am rejecting this response because:

Please review the attached strings of emails between me and All Seasons Tree Specialists.

I call the above company, told then we needed a certified arborist to inspect trees that appeared to have issues. I explained there were two citrus trees on the common property and one on our property; I was told it was $185.00 for the visit whether one of more trees.

*****, a reportedly “certified arborist”, showed up; to our surprise, she didn’t identify what types of trees they were.

However, my wife and I clearly explained the situation: we needed tree reports, one for each tree she'd inspect; our own Meyer Lemmon, a Key Lime and a Pink Grapefruit, both on Park’s Common Area. The reports would have to be detailed, so we would know what problems we were dealing with and what treatment was recommended for the ongoing health of the trees; the reports on the 2 Common Area trees (Key Lime and Pink Grapefruit) would be submitted to the Park’s Board for review and decision on treatment.

***** was fully aware of the situation while inspecting the trees; she stood in the common areas with us, adjacent to our property.

Only two reports were submitted; one on our Meyer Lemmon tree, and one on the Key Lime in the Common Area. Nothing was submitted for the Pink Grapefruit tree.

As shown in the strings of email attached above, they clearly contradict themselves when responding that they don’t report on Common Area trees. They did submit a report on the Key Lime in the Common Area (see comments in emails), but they didn't mention a word on the huge cavity in the truck shown in attached photo, which was one of our major concerns.

I responded that the report was totally inadequate, not detailed enough and the cost for the treatment was exorbitant, they were generic reports. Their response was “We don’t report on Common Area Trees” but they had already done and it was a joke: $1,575. and $1,875.

These people are incompetent, inconsistent, unprofessional, and rip-off artists.

We eventually got the work done by Certified Arborists for $135, for both the Meyer Lemmon and Key Lime trees, assuring their recovery and continued good health.
