      I'm honestly at a loss as to where to begin with my disconcerting experience with KW Plumbing. We were paired with them through our home warranty company due to a faulty and leaking faucet that had been disrupting our day-to-day activities for some time.
      We had purchased a replacement faucet upfront in anticipation of the repair, hoping that this might expedite the process and allow for same-day replacement. However, instead of the speedy and efficient service we were expecting, we were met with nothing short of disappointment and frustration.
      Not only did KW Plumbing fail to repair the issue, but they also misrepresented the situation to our insurance company, making false claims that we attempted to fix the unit ourselves - something we never did. We are responsible homeowners and understand the value of professional repairs. The audacity of this untrue accusation was, to say the least, surprising and extremely unprofessional.
      To add insult to injury, despite their failure to provide the agreed-upon service, we were still charged an $85 fee - money that has essentially been wasted. We're left with a still leaking, malfunctioning faucet, and a bitter taste in our mouths from this whole ordeal.
      As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend KW Plumbing to anyone. Their lack of transparency, poor service, and erroneous charges are simply unacceptable. From our experience, it seems their concern lies more in profiting from their customers than in actually providing the quality plumbing service one would expect. I hope that future potential customers will think twice before employing their services.
