    I monitor my credit reports very closely, last week out of no where and without any form of contact via letter or phone call or email. Debt Recovery Solutions felt they had the full authority to put a derogatory item on my credit report. First, not sure who gave them the authority or power to at will put something on my credit report. Is there no such thing as the Privacy act? Second, I have no idea what this item is for. I want a copy of any agreements signed by me and all copies of any and all transactions - other I request this be taken off my credit reports immediately. If this cannot be fulfilled by this so called legitimate company I have no problems getting my attorney involved. I do not approve of a company such as this not even contacting people before they put items on credit reports. This tactics are unacceptable

    I have filed a complaint and they said they will send supporting documents and never do. They keep emailing me the same thing over again. I was told it will be taken off my report if no evidence is sent and it was not. I have 2 emails proving that one from today from ****.

    I am not liable for this debt with debt recovery services or solutions/Simple fast loans whos the originator. I dont even know who they are, I DONT have a contract with them, please remove this mistake from all of my credit reports
