    Went to the UPS store mailed a package on a Sunday at end of July 2022. I was never asked for additional insurance but was asked to sign the terms and conditions. Received a receipt and tracking number. package was never shipped. ***** with manager and she advised us to go to the **** Went to the *** and the *** advised us that it's the stores fault and that it probably never made it out of the store. They advised us they couldn't help. They advised us to go back to the store. Went to the store and was advised that it did indeed make it out of the store. Manager made reference that the driver of the *** truck comes late and doesn't scan till he gets to the **** She also advised us that he is autistic. She said that she would speak with driver. Dont think she spoke with driver. I have gone in to follow up and nothing except collect my receipts.She said she filed a claim. My daughetr checked and the claim was closed. My daughter has continued to call the store and email. The manager doesn't call back and or someone in the store tells her that the manager will call back and never does. When my daughter emails her and she responds that the claim will not get opened. My daughter reached out to *** via ******** messenger. Got them to reply and they said they needed more information on items. She got a customer service rep on phone and she advised my daughter that they couldn't do much. Asked to send receipts and they will look into lost and found. Nothing came about it. At thsi point the items are gone and or stolen. I mailed so many packages through *** to my daughter for the last 2 plus years from this store and never once has this happened. The customer service is so bad at *** and the ********************** is no help. I have even asked for the owners information who owns the franchise and the manager will not give and or get the owner involved. I am requesting FULL payment of all items in the box shipped from the store due to lack of customer service . Its no NOV and nothing.
